Back on home ground!

North East Art Collective’ is a beautiful local gallery in the heart of Newcastle upon Tyne. The gallery is located in Eldon Gardens, just off Eldon Square. There is a fabulous range of original and unique shops, along with a café bar and a spacious restaurant. North East Art Collective is on the upper level, and if you are driving Level 7 of Eldon Gardens car park.

The Gallery champions north east based artists and designers at represents 120 all told.   From original paintings, print, glass, ceramics, jewellery, wood work and sculpture.  From the outside the gallery seems small but on entering you soon realise what a Tardis must feel like with 10 display rooms and four corridors with floor to ceiling art. 

It was great to meet with John and Gabby and I soon realised that I would be leaving the girls and the Cornsay Lodge crew in capable hands.  The guys are so welcoming to both artists and customers but I wouldn’t expect anything less from fellow northerners.
